RATES All rates are per person based on double occupancy and are in Canadian dollars. Tour prices are valid from March 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009. Prices are based on costs at the time of printing and are subject to change.

HOW TO BOOK A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required at the time we confirm the booking. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Changes and cancellations to a confirmed reservation are subject to a $30 charge per person.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE The Tour is 100% non-refundable 7-0 days prior to departure. We strongly urge you to purchase full comprehensive insurance as protection in the event of cancellation, out of country medical expenses, baggage loss, trip cancellation (air), and money that you paid for the tour. Our offered Deluxe Tour Package Insurance covers 100% of cancellation penalties provided the premium has been paid and reason for cancellation is insurable. It is the passengerŐs responsiblity to file claim with the insurance company.

CREDIT CARDS Sunworld Tours accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. The Travel Agent will be held responsible for any payment made by a credit card. A signature of the client or the Travel Agent is required on a credit card payment. Verbal authorization for the use of your card indicates your compliance with our booking term and conditions whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate draft.

CANCELLATION CHARGES Changes to a confirmed booking is subject to a $30 service charge per person. The Deposit of $200 per person is totally non-refundable. 50 % of total tour cost between 44 to 31 days prior to departure 100% of total tour cost 30 to 0 Days prior to departure

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS A valid passport is required for all tour participants and should be valid for at least six months after your return date.Visas are required for Egypt, Jordan and Turkey. It is the responsibility of the passenger to determine and have proper documents..

HEALTHE REQUIREMENTS It is the responsiblity of the passenger to verify with his physician for medical regarding health requirements and vaccinations for the trip.

REFUNDS No refunds will be made for unused tour services such as; hotel accommodations, meals not taken or any services not used as a result of flight delays or any other reason.

HOTELS Hotel names and addresses are included in your final documents. Sunworld Tours rates hotels as standard, moderate and superior.

ELECTRIC CURRENT The Electric Current overseas is 220 Volts; 50 Hertz in Europe and Middle East. Adapter kits that include the entire range of plugs can be obtained at better electrical supply stores.
